Spending his entire life around custom home building and learning from his late father, Marion Jones; a well respected custom home builder in Kentucky for nearly 30 years, Chase draws from a lifetime of industry experience and a natural born passion to serve clients through Calloway Quality Homes. Chase first began in the industry by sweeping out houses his father was building over the summers, but once he graduated high school he took on a foreman title working with his father at Bluegrass Fine Homes until 2018. During his time working alongside his father, Chase oversaw and coordinated the start and completion of several custom homes ranging from 5,000 to 13,000 square feet.  With Chase now leading his own business, he operates with the philosophy that a company is measured by the quality of the work it produces. Living by those words, Chase has built homes as small as 1,400 square feet and as large as 7,000 square feet while maintaining consistent quality and craftsmanship through each and every project no matter the size or caliber.
